Additionally, the small habits we create, done repeatedly, quickly adds up. A penny doesn’t seem like a lot, but what about a million pennies? A trillion? What if you floss every night? Drank water instead of soda for dinner? Interestingly enough, but these things spark more motivation! So not only are we growing laterally, but exponentially!
